Natalie Aleman

Dr. Natalie Aleman (she/her/ella) is a first-generation professional whose mission is to provide educational access to ALL students and to support them in their academic endeavors. She believes that ALL students should feel a sense of belonging within their higher education environments and that their participation in the academic conversation and community is valuable. Natalie currently works for North Shore Community College as the Dean of Academic and Student Development. In her spare time, she can be found missing train stops due to her nose being stuck in a book and taking walks with her teddy bear puppy, Benito (yes, named after Bad Bunny).
